What does "perpetual" mean?

You pay once and the version you bought keeps working forever — even after your update period ends. You're not renting access; you own that release.

What happens after 1 year of updates?

Your install keeps running. You just won't receive new feature releases. You can renew at any time for another year of updates at a discounted rate.

Is this self-hosted?

Yes — entirely. ApiMeld runs as a single Docker container on your own server. We never see your data, your scripts, or your credentials.

What counts as a "seat"?

A seat is one user account in the system. Read-only viewers and script authors both count. The admin account counts as one seat.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Contact [email protected] and we'll sort out the difference.

Does ApiMeld require an internet connection?

No. ApiMeld runs entirely on your own server with no internet dependency. Outbound connections only happen when your scripts call external APIs or when you send notifications (email, Slack, Teams, Mattermost). If you don't use those features, it works fully offline.

Does ApiMeld phone home or collect telemetry?

Never. ApiMeld does not send usage data, telemetry, crash reports, or any other information back to us. We have no visibility into what you run, what data you process, or how you use the application.
