Try before you buy

ApiMeld offers a free 30-day trial with full access to all features — no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the software during the trial period before purchasing. The trial is designed to give you everything you need to confirm ApiMeld fits your use case before you commit.

Our refund policy

Because ApiMeld is a perpetual software license, refunds are not offered as a standard policy once a license key has been issued and delivered. A license key cannot be technically revoked after issuance, and the trial period provides a full opportunity to evaluate the software before purchase.

We will issue a refund if:

  • The software has a confirmed defect that materially prevents it from functioning as documented, and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe

If you believe you have a qualifying issue, contact us at [email protected] with a description of the problem. We will work with you to resolve it first. If we cannot, we will issue a full refund.

What is not covered

  • Refund requests based on change of mind after purchase
  • Issues caused by your server configuration, network environment, or third-party systems
  • Incompatibility with software or infrastructure not listed in our documentation
  • Requests made after a fix has been issued and delivered

Email [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle (our payment provider) and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
